Ragnar KootGeboren in Laren (NH). Na een studie Financiële Bedrijfskunde en een carrière bij ABN AMRO in Amsterdam besloot Ragnar in 2004 dat het tijd was om passie met werk te combineren. Na een grondige voorbereidingperiode waarin ook nog een aantal interim projecten werden afgerond werd in 2005 SailTime Holland opgericht en werd het eerste Beneteau Zeiljacht in Enkhuizen in de vaart genomen.

Van jongs af aan had Ragnar al een passie voor water en watersport. Op 16 jarige leeftijd was hij al verantwoordelijk schipper op een motorjacht tijdens een vaartocht door het binnenland van Frankrijk. Ragnar leerde zeilen in Vinkeveen en Loosdrecht en was op jonge leeftijd bevoegd om zeilles te geven op kielboten.

Ragnar is primair verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en verdere uitbouw van SailTime in de Benelux en secundair voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe locaties in Europa.

Jonathan Duffy, Managing Director - SailTime Europe

JONATHAN DUFFY

Jonathan DuffyJonathan is a successful business professional who has held key sales and marketing roles at Fortune 500 companies. His high-level management experience includes serving as the European Director of Marketing for Polaroid’s Graphics Division, Northern European Regional Director for Getty Images and Global Product Manager for Kodak Professional. An avid Sailor, Jonathan’s 20-year love affair began with dinghy boating and now includes over 12 years of yacht boating around the world. He is a qualified Royal Yachting Association Yachtmaster. As European Managing Director, Jonathan handles all aspects of SailTime® in Europe, UK and Ireland.

George Bonelli, President, CEO & Founder

GEORGE BONELLI

George BonelliGeorge is a New Jersey native with a background in project management and business operations. A successful entrepreneur, he began his career as a project manager with Motorola where he managed large scale multi-million dollar private and public sector projects and honed quality and customer satisfaction skills. More recently, George ran his own consulting business that served the Airline, Insurance, IT, software and telecom industries. As President, CEO & Founder of SailTime® George is responsible for the strategic direction of the business as well as developing and maintaining key partnerships and relationships. He also serves on the Executive Committee of The SailTime® Group. An avid sailor, Bonelli has achieved his ASA instructor certification in addition to having sailed throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Adriatic Seas and across the U.S.

Wayne Diviney, CFO

WAYNE DIVINEY

Wayne DivenyWayne, a retired CPA, has assumed the role of CFO for SailTime and will be responsible for the strategic financial operations of the business. In 2005 he also started and still owns the SailTime® Virginia Beach franchise and an American Sailing Association (ASA) sailing school in Norfolk, Virginia. He also serves on the Executive Committee of The SailTime® Group. In addition to his role at SailTime® he currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Security Benefit Corp in Topeka, Kansas and California Casualty Indemnity Exchange in San Mateo, California. Previously, Wayne served as CFO for the National Education Association, where he spent 32 years. Wayne has been sailing for over 35 years, has several blue water experiences and is an ASA certified sailing instructor. As President and CEO, Wayne oversees the world wide operations of SailTime®.

Graham Raspass, Managing Director – SailTime Australia & New Zealand

GRAHAM RASPASS

Graham RaspassGraham Raspass spent 17 years working for Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation in both the United Kingdom, USA and Australia. After a short time he joined the advertising sales department of News Corp's UK newspaper operation based in Fleet Street and was ultimately seconded to Australia to work on the Murdoch flagship, The Australian. During his time with News Corporation Graham held a wide range of executive positions including Advertising Manager of The Australian, Advertising Sales Director, MATP, Assistant General Manager, MATP and Managing Director, Cumberland Newspapers. Since 1993 he has been Director of his own companies specializing in organizational development and change and business and performance improvement. Graham has more recently realized his passion for sailing and has blended his passion for sailing with that of business and joined the SailTime Team. As Australian Managing Director, Graham handles all aspects of SailTime® in Australia & New Zealand.
