SailTime presents a unique programme for people considering sailing with their friends and families. A SailTime membership provides a minimum of seven sailing times each month, at an affordable cost. You can schedule your sailing for weekend, weekday, evening or week-long sailing using our state of the art SailTime Scheduler. You choose when you'd like to go sailing - tomorrow, next month or next year and we'll take care of the rest.

With SailTime your monthly membership fee is typically less than a day’s charter rate or the monthly marina fees for a similar boat. SailTime members also benefit from sailing onboard our luxury fleet of powerboats which are all extremely well equipped with such features as GPS systems, electric windlass and heating on board all our boats. Each of our impressive powerboats are shared by seven other members and one owner member, who are each guaranteed flexible and frequent use of the boat.

Members can make instant sailing reservations or plan up to a year in advance and can even request to swap sail times with other members.

If a member fails to use all of their sail time in one month, they can carry it over to the next month. 'Sail times' can also be borrowed from a forward month for extended cruising.

A member can cancel, re-bank or change their bookings at any time up to 24 hours beforehand without penalty.

The Scheduler is programmed to ensure that each members receives a fair share of the available week days, week day evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Maintenance is also made easy with SailTime’s innovative E-ttendant system. Upon arrival and departure, an assessment of the boat’s condition is logged into a wireless PDA located onboard each yacht. Members check-on and check off using the E-ttendant. The system notes if an item is in short supply or needs attention and sends the Base Manager or next scheduled member an e-mail notice advising them of the status. This ensures the boat will be ready to sail when you are.
